Hugh Cooper is an experienced professional with an outstanding career in Accounting and Finance spanning over 30 years, primarily in the manufacturing and service industries. He holds a master’s degree in accounting, a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management with honors, and a diploma in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies Mona.
